Join the association

Dues are voluntary, and they’re what keep Buckhead Forest connected, informed, and well cared for. Every household that joins gets a say in what we do next.

35 households have joined for 2026, toward our 2026 goal of 40.

Common questions

Is this an HOA?

No. The Historic Buckhead Forest Civic Association is a voluntary civic association. There are no rules to enforce and no mandatory fees. Dues simply fund the work neighbors have asked for.

What do members get?

A vote on neighborhood decisions like the Mathieson cul-de-sac, plus access to the members-only area: meeting minutes, votes and surveys, the discussion board, and the neighbor directory.

Are dues tax-deductible?

Historic Buckhead Forest, Inc. is a Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 81-0982365. Dues and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you’ll receive a receipt by email for your records.

Why is 2026 only $75?

The association restarted this year and runs on a calendar year, so 2026 dues cover July through December only. Regular annual dues of $150 per household begin in January 2027.
