Join your neighbors

Dues are voluntary, and they’re what keep the association running: events, beautification, communications, and the work of protecting our historic streets.

35 households have joined for 2026, toward our 2026 goal of 40.

2026 duesJuly 1 to December 31, 2026$75
Annual duesStarting January 2027$150

Paying online adds a handling fee ($2 for 2026, $4 for 2027). Checks have no fee, and Zelle adds $0.50. Prefer to pay by check? Here’s how. Dues are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

What we’re working on

Projects come from what neighbors raise at meetings and in surveys. Have an idea? Tell us at the next association meeting or by email.

Mathieson cul-de-sac

Everyone agrees it needs work. We’re asking neighbors what they’d like to see, including a City trash receptacle to cut down on litter.
