Help shape the cul-de-sac

Neighbors agree the Mathieson cul-de-sac could be a lot more than it is today. Ideas so far range from simple landscaping to a swing to a circle of chairs for neighbors to gather. Before anything is planned or a dollar is spent, we want to hear what you’d like to see.

What happens next

  • You tell us what you think. One response per household, and it takes about two minutes.
  • The Beautification committee does the homework. They’ll price the most popular ideas and check what the City allows, since the cul-de-sac is City property.
  • A decision. If one idea is a clear favorite and affordable, the board will move it forward. If it’s close, dues-paying members will vote on the top options, with costs.
  • Results for everyone. We’ll share what we heard and what’s next at the December 29 association meeting and here on the website.
